SUMMARY

Provide professional property management by managing all warehouse activities and personnel for the Medical Laboratory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and monitor the utilization of warehouse space to ensure optimal production of staff.

Responsible for overseeing the receiving and distribution of materials.

Oversee inventory of materials, ensuring procedures and processes are followed for accurate tracking.

Manage safety and security procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Establish and maintain security procedures to ensure the safeguarding of warehouse operations.

Oversee the inspection of all equipment to ensure repairs are completed and/or equipment is replaced.

Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and approve timesheets on behalf of the Medical Laboratory Technician.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience working with inventory management software.

Minimum of four (4) years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.

Must be able to expertly use the following programs: Microsoft Windows OS XP Pro, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Must be able to pass a drug test.

Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.

Outstanding presentation and analytical skills.

Ability to multitask.

Highly analytical and organized personnel.

WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time, Monday–Friday day shift. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.

TRAVEL

Potential for travel. When required, employee will need to complete an MVR check.

DRIVING REQUIREMENTS

Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver’s license and be insurable on the company’s automobile insurance policy. Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 25%.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work environment includes working with electronics, mechanical equipment, battery operated pallet stacker, and other related equipment. Katmai strictly adheres to the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHA) regulations. Employee will be exposed to a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and abilities.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Frequent sitting, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing. Occasional walking or standing, and possible lifting, of up to 50-100 lbs. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE

Pay range: $70,000 per year.
