Job Requirements:
Candidate MUST live in the United States, preferably based in New York.
CLSA Certification
Exposure to a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to, WebSphere or WebLogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .NET, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL. With specific expertise in some of the above (recommended, not essential)
Strong team player with good communication and analytical skills
Proficient in shaping requirements to out of the box features, and with reusable assets in mind
Experienced estimating effort at component and story level with appropriate RAID
Key responsibilities:
Lead teams of 4 or more professionals in the design and delivery of rubust components, leveraging 5+ years of hands-on Pega experience to drive project success.
Take ownership of component design and delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Utilize Pega performance tools to optimize system performance and scalability, maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of Pega applications.
Demonstrate a strong grasp of enterprise architecture concepts to guide project direction effectively, aligning technical solutions with business objectives and long-term architecture vision.
Act as a mentor to senior and junior team members, sharing best practices, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
