Agile Lead / Project Manager

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Must be local as this role will require you to be in the office at least 2 days/week. W2 only please. No 3rd parties.

Must Have

Experience working in a hybrid Scrum master and Project Manager role

Over 8 years of project management experience with a focus on technology delivery, execution and process improvement initiatives

Must have experience in data related projects.

Act as Agile mentor

Apply Scrum framework for project execution and delivery

Proven experience overseeing all elements of the software development life cycle

Serve as Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager on one or more Agile Teams while simultaneously teaching and reinforcing best practices

Big plus if you are a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
