Help Desk Support Technician

Years of Experience: 3 years

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Experience working in a help desk environment .

Experienced with providing support for M365 Applications.

Experience providing remote assistance using various platforms.

Experience in desktop\laptop troubleshooting, and software installation.

Hardware Implementation and Deployment.

Basic Active Directory Management.
