Graphic Designer

JOB SUMMARY

Join our team as a Graphic Designer where your contributions will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic work environment! In this role, you will assist the Marketing Manager in designing marketing materials for all brands for Rapid Deployable Systems, LLC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This role will contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment as the RDS team continues to grow.

• Develop exciting and stunning design concepts that convey our messaging while adhering to brand guidelines

• Create new marketing materials as requested and update existing materials as needed, this includes but is not limited to specification sheets, brochures, capability statements, catalogs, promotional materials, etc.

• Manage the revision process for all collateral, collaborating across multiple departments to ensure content is appropriate and accurate

• Develop engaging and eye-catching digital content for websites and social media, including photos and videos

• Manage files on the marketing server, keep files organized and make sure photography, design files and other assets can be found easily

• Collaborate with multiple departments, including R&D, commercial sales, and military sales on marketing projects.

• This position reports to the Marketing Manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent attention to detail

• Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

• Video editing experience is preferred but not required

• Exceptional communication skills

• Minimum of an associate degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, 1-2 years of experience is preferred.

• An equivalent combination of education/work experience will be considered for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time, In-person, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
