GIS Analyst
Description:
Position: GIS Technician Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 12 Months Pay Range - $20/hr - $22/hr Responsibilities Support GIS data collection and in-field design for distribution programs.
Utilize GIS technologies to route and record data in the field.
Identify make-ready requirements for fiber design.
Use various digital technologies, such as Apple iOS, CVT stick, and range finder, to collect data.
Required Skills Experience with Esri's ArcGIS suite or other GIS software is preferred.
In-field experience is preferred.
Understanding of NESC Standards and GPC Standards, or willingness to learn.
Ability to manage using a hasting stick and work in varying field conditions for extended periods.
