– Position: Senior Software Engineer Responsible for supporting the applications DocuSign, Qualtrics, and Solar Litmos with Salesforce.

Helps and supports implementations for DocuSign with Salesforce.

Designs, develops, and deploys the changes related to DocuSign with Salesforce, and develops the DocuSign Agreement Cloud technology suite with a focus on DocuSign Insights, CLM, & e-Sign.

Supports the application like Qualtrics and Solar Litmos integrated with Salesforce, and supports the issues related to these applications and help the teams for seamless integration with Salesforce.

Works with potential customers to gather, refine, and document business requirements.

Logically produces artifacts such as business process flows and user stories.

Conceptualizes process improvements for a future state and will be responsible for identifying issues and structural problems and generating actionable recommendations using agile implementation methodologies.

Develops and delivers end user training for potential clients to assist with the adoption of the solution and will be required to demonstrate clear understanding of client business needs, goals, and objectives.

This position requires a Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 2 years of related experience.

Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following: (1) Collaborating with business/product owners to transform complex requirements into highly scalable technical solutions; (2) Creating test documents that include performance Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Scripts to ensure that the environments for testing are established; (3) Collaborating closely with team members to enhance the DocuSign platform, participating in designing, developing, and deploying new features aligned with evolving business requirements; (4) Designing effective tests to check system performance/stability and publishing periodic performance test reports to development/business team and management for review; and (5) Planning, analyzing, designing, developing, executing, and maintaining Scripts for reconciliation of data loaded and performing bug fixes.
