Sawmill Maintenance Technician

Sawmill Maintenance Technician (Marshville, NC 28103) We are seeking a skilled Sawmill Maintenance Technician to support a high-production lumber manufacturing facility.

This role requires a candidate with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude who can work proactively to keep equipment and systems operating efficiently and safely.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or sawmill environment and be confident working with mechanical drives, hydraulics, conveyors, pneumatics, and motor controls.

The position includes routine and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment support in a fast-paced, safety-driven setting.

Sawmill Maintenance Technician – Responsibilities: Support a high-production lumber manufacturing facility.

Proactively keep equipment and systems operating efficiently and safely.

Install, repair, and maintain production machinery, mechanical drives, hydraulics, conveyors, pneumatics, and motor controls.

Routine and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment support in a fast-paced, safety –driven setting.

Sawmill Maintenance Technician - Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of proven industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or sawmill environment Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, safety-first mindset High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus Sawmill Maintenance Technician – Hours Monday-Thursday (6am-6pm), and Friday (6am-1pm) Sawmill Maintenance Technician – Pay Rate: $23 - $25 per hour DOE Weekly Pay!
