IT Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage all phases of IT projects, from initiation to closure.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure effective collaboration.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify and manage risks and issues.
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
Communicate project status to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
Required Experience:
Demonstrated experience managing at least 3 data pipeline development and management related projects.
Experience should be with projects of similar size and scope, preferably within federal government agencies.
Strong understanding of data pipeline concepts, technologies, and development lifecycles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
PMP or Agile certification is highly desirable.
Data Engineering Specialist
Responsibilities:
Design and develop logical and physical data models optimized for data lake architectures.
Collaborate with data architects, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.
Implement data modeling best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency.
Optimize data structures for efficient data retrieval and analysis.
Contribute to the development of data standards and governance policies.
Evaluate and recommend new data modeling tools and techniques.
Required Experience:
Demonstrated experience developing data models for implementation in a data lake architecture.
Experience should be with projects of similar size and scope.
Strong understanding of data warehousing principles, data lake concepts, and database design.
Proficiency in data modeling tools and languages.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
Data Pipeline Developer
Responsibilities:
Design and develop data pipelines to ingest data from source systems, transform it according to business rules, and load it into Databricks.
Write efficient and scalable code for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Implement data quality checks and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance, identifying and resolving issues.
Optimize data pipelines for performance and efficiency.
Document data pipeline processes and workflows.
Required Experience:
Demonstrated development experience with at least 2 projects focused on transforming and loading data into Databricks.
Experience should be with projects of similar size and scope.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Scala.
Proficiency in ETL tools and techniques.
Experience with Databricks and related technologies.
Knowledge of database systems and data warehousing concepts.
Management Analyst
Responsibilities:
Conduct business process analysis to understand current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Develop clear and concise documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and use cases.
Evaluate potential solutions and recommend the most appropriate options.
Support the implementation of new processes and systems.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
