Typical qualifications/duties include (for FPGA Design Engineer position):

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience

Motivated self-starter who has the ability to work effectively in team environment and collaborate with other Engineering disciplines and supporting functions.

Experienced in all stages of FPGA development including requirements development, RTL design, verification, synthesis, timing analysis, lab bring up/ target verification.

Proficient in VHDL

Deep understanding of FPGA architecture, tools and design tradeoffs

Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions to the problems identified

Team player with a proactive attitude and schedule focused.

Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with changing needs, requirements, and technical challenges

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Motivated self-starter who has the ability to work effectively in team environment and collaborate with other Engineering disciplines and supporting functions.

Experienced in all stages of FPGA development including requirements management, RTL design, verification, synthesis, timing analysis, lab bring up/validation

Deep understanding of FPGA architecture, tools and design tradeoffs

Familiarity with Configuration Management tools

Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions to the problems identified

Ability to quickly identify, respond-to, and mitigate events that could impact schedule, cost, or performance

Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with changing needs, requirements, and technical challenges

Experience with MS Project and developing schedules and budgets

Knowledge of earned value management techniques

Lead/Mentor a team of FPGA designers

Interface with customers and suppliers and internal project management
