Job Title: Medical Front Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all patients.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations. Maintain an organized appointment calendar.
Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance information and handle pre-authorizations. Ensure accurate and up-to-date insurance records.
Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing patient records, and handling correspondence. Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
Billing and Payments: Assist with billing processes, including collecting payments, processing insurance claims, and following up on outstanding balances. Ensure accurate and timely billing.Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a medical front office or administrative role is preferred. Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail is essential.
