Position Description
We are seeking an intermediate-level IT Systems Analyst with multidisciplinary skills including enterprise application administration, project coordination, database management, and software development. This role is ideal for a candidate with 3–7 years of experience interested in a dynamic environment to support and optimize business operations.
**This position is a hybrid role and can sit out of any Atwell office**
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and support key enterprise applications (Deltek Vision, Asana).
Ensure application performance, security, and compliance standards are maintained
Help oversee daily operations of SQL server & SQL databases
Design and optimize queries, stored procedures, and perform backups, restores, and security audits
Collaborate with internal staff to support data integrity and reporting needs
Coordinate technology projects and create project timelines, track milestones, and manage issues
Prepare documentation, training materials, and user support resources
Assist in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining web and desktop applications
Develop and maintain internal tools with direction from the associate software developer and assist as needed
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and participate in sprint planning
Data analysis and business intelligence development in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI)
Drive operationalization and execution of assigned enterprise system projects
Research Ai and other innovation possibilities to maximize company productivity
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in a hybrid IT role or relevant combination of the listed areas.
Proficient in at least one programming language (.NET, Python, C#)
Hands-on experience with enterprise applications.
Solid knowledge of SQL; experience with database management tools
Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.

Pay Range
$58,000—$102,000 USD
