Position Summary
This temporary role is responsible for engaging both new and existing customers to promote and sell our products and services through various channels including phone, email, and digital platforms.
You’ll handle inbound customer inquiries and proactively reach out to prospects, assess needs, and guide them toward appropriate solutions or sales resources. A key focus will be driving sales growth through lead qualification, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct outbound lead generation and qualify inbound leads
Manage inbound inquiries from website, campaigns, phone, and other sources
Understand customer needs and connect them to appropriate sales resources
Set up introductory meetings to advance opportunities
Support sales efforts across Small Business, Mid-Market, and National/Global segments within the Industrial RWfB portfolio
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in customer service or a sales environment (entry-level role)
Required Skills & Tools
Salesforce experience (mandatory)
Strong influencing and collaboration skills
Familiarity with structured sales processes
Ability to meet measurable performance goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
CRM proficiency (Salesforce)
Sales training and negotiation skills
Knowledge of PPE products and safety standards
Experience with inbound/outbound phone systems
Familiarity with Power BI
