Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors warmly while managing front desk operations efficiently.
• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Perform data entry tasks, maintain organized files, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars to support team productivity.
• Handle email correspondence promptly and professionally.
• Assist with tax season workflows, including processing a high volume of tax returns.
• Distribute incoming mail and scan documents as needed.
• Provide general office support, including organizing and maintaining office supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during high-demand periods.
• Participate in occasional weekend shifts during tax season deadlines.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
• Familiarity with financial or tax firm operations is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a detail-oriented and efficient approach.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends during peak tax season.
