iOS Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced iOS Developer with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, maintainable, and efficient mobile applications using Xcode, Swift, SwiftUI, XCUI, and Objective-C. This role requires strong front-end development capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.

This position is fully remote; candidate must work Eastern Standard Time hours.

6-month contract, potential to extend

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze design requirements and recommend scalable technical solutions.

Debug, test, and maintain iOS applications to ensure performance and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hardware and software integration.

Document code effectively, including commenting and reporting on features.

Program in multiple languages to meet product specifications and project goals.

Interpret technical requirements and contribute to project planning and scheduling.

Identify and resolve technical issues across platforms and development stages.

Required Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of professional iOS development experience.

Proficiency in Xcode, Swift, SwiftUI, XCUI, and Objective-C.

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Solid understanding of software development practices, code versioning, and source control.

Working knowledge of multiple programming languages and adaptability to new technologies.

Proficiency with Office applications and familiarity with databases and networks.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to thrive in high-pressure team environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Advanced knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and App Store submission process.
