• Enter and update data accurately into company systems using proficient 10-key typing skills.
• Verify and validate data to maintain the integrity and accuracy of records.
• Generate reports and perform calculations using Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as formulas and pivot tables.
• Collaborate with team members to organize files and improve documentation processes.
• Respond to administrative and customer service requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and adhere to data security protocols.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose enhancements to improve processes.
• Support team initiatives, including mentoring and skill-building activities to address gaps.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.• Proficient in 10-key typing with exceptional accuracy and speed.
• Demonstrated experience in data entry and database management.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
