Job Description

Mechanic Up to $1,450 Weekly

Key Requirements:

The mechanic must have their own tools and be willing to travel to our job sites for equipment servicing. They will use a company vehicle for this purpose and must possess a valid driver's license and have a clear motor vehicle record.

Operates and inspects machines or equipment to diagnose defects

Repairs trucks and heavy equipment in a timely manner

Removes and repairs engine, transmission, or differential

Rebuilds buckets, dump bodies, broken parts, appropriate structural members, etc., using welding equipment

Rewires lights, tarps, and other electrical components

Adjusts and repairs brakes and fixes hydraulic leaks and cylinders

Tests overhauled equipment to ensure operating efficiency

Welds broken parts and appropriate structural members

Removes, repairs, and replaces tires for motor vehicle fleet and heavy equipment

Performs all other duties as assigned by the Equipment Manager

Shifts:

Monday-Friday Some Saturdays

0600-5PM
