We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and support various construction and development projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in overseeing project timelines, budgets, resources, and communication across teams, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources.
Assist in budgeting, planning, and scheduling.
Maintain communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Track project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain project documentation.
Support the project management team in all administrative tasks.
Help resolve issues and provide solutions during the project lifecycle.Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage budgets and track project costs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
