A leading dental implants company with locations across Southern California is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive new business via developing and maintaining relationships with potential and current patients, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consult and treatment and the ability to sell/ treat referral patients as VIPs. Candidates living within commuting distance of Riverside County will be preferred.
*Must be authorized to live and work in U.S.A.
Sales Consultant Responsibilities
Meeting with potential patients to guide them through our GPS Implant Bridge ™ dental implant solution
Exemplify the rainmaker sales process
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current patients, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consult and treatment
Ability to discuss sensitive financial information and educate on financing providers
Ability to sell Patients in a standard mix of 40% /Same Day Starts and 60% Call Back Starts
Experience using a contact tracking system: Salesforce
Using Salesforce to maintain records of completed transactions and patients – following checklist of all necessary & required steps
Sales Consultant Requirements
Sales and negotiation skills
Self-motivation with drive and initiative
Consultative sales techniques highly desired
Dental or body contouring experience highly desired
Join morning huddles with information & plan for the day
Sales Consultant Compensation
Base salary is $80,000 - $90,000 with an uncapped commission. OTE is $160,000 - $180,000.
4 days work week
Very generous guarantee bonus for the first three months to allow for onboarding and training
