Trident Consulting is seeking a "Structural Engineer" for one of our clients in "Baltimore, MD".

Role: Structural Engineer

Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to support new construction, restoration, and investigative work across commercial, mixed-use, and parking-related projects. This is a key role for a self-motivated engineer ready to lead technical design, support project coordination, and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood systems

Produce and review construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD

Utilize structural software tools such as RAM, RISA, STAAD, ETABS, or Enercalc

Lead project coordination with architects, consultants, and clients

Conduct field investigations and assist with forensic and remediation scopes

Contribute to schedules, budgets, and overall project delivery

Qualifications

B.S. or M.S. in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Structural emphasis)

5–10 years of U.S. structural engineering experience

Strong command of IBC, AISC, ACI, and other structural codes

Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD and structural design software

PE license preferred or the ability to obtain within 12 months

Excellent communication skills and project leadership capabilities

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)Additional Information
