Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Front Desk Concierge to join our team on a contract basis located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. As a Front Desk Concierge, in this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and residents, ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

What you get to do every single day:

• Greet and assist visitors and residents, providing excellent customer service at all times.

• Manage the front desk area by maintaining a clean, organized, and detail-oriented environment.

• Handle incoming service requests and ensure they are addressed promptly and appropriately.

• Oversee package and mail delivery, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.

• Use internal property management software to update records and track resident information.

• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency.

• Coordinate with property management teams to address resident needs and inquiries.

• Maintain and organize files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible.

• Utilize Microsoft Outlook to manage schedules, emails, and other communications.

Other requirements for the Front Desk Concierge position include and are not limited to:

• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Prior experience in concierge, front desk, real estate, or property management roles is preferred.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

• Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain a detail-oriented appearance.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
