FP&A Manager

Job Description

LHH is partnering with a manufacturing of polymer on a search for an FP&A Manager. This role is a high profile role leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and will drive performance improvements. They are located in Pawcatuck, CT and looking to hire someone ASAP. This is a direct hire role that pays $120K - $130K + bonus. Here are some more details about this job:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Consolidating financials for roll up and for the CFO to present to the Executive Team

Monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting and analysis including variance, profitability and cost

There are sever business units that this person will be responsible for financial performance

QUALIFICATIONS

Manufacturing experience is a must

5+ years of experience in financial planning and 2+ years of management experience

Someone who has worked with the software OneStream and/or Epicor a HUGE plus
