Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for transforming large rolls of thin metal into siding and roofing materials for various construction projects. Your role is essential in ensuring that the highest quality standards are met in every product manufactured.
Responsibilities
Clean work area daily, including sweeping floors, emptying trash, and stacking pallets.
Perform quality checks to ensure the highest quality in produced items.
Double count all pieces before wrapping and ensure accurate color and profile.
Maintain adequate amounts of flats in stock racks.
Complete all orders that require running flats for the day's trucks (10 or more).
Assist with lifting sheet metal into the machine with a partner.Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in using a tape measure.
Experience from manufacturing or construction.
General labor skills with experience in production line and assembly tasks.
Ability to handle hand tools and perform cleaning and quality checks.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

6am - 2:30pm*
2:45pm - 11:15pm*
*Employees on both shifts are currently working 12-hour shifts with overtime
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Peters, Missouri.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
