Qualifications:
Masters Degree or Education Specialist Degree in School Psychology
Valid Kansas Teaching Certificate with School Psychologist endorsement
Strong assessment and evaluation skills
Excellent munication and consultation abilities
Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in diverse populations
Ability to develop and implement programs that support student needs
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and strengths
Provide consultation to educators, parents, and administrative staff regarding student mental health and academic challenges
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with special services teams
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to program planning and development
Provide training and support to staff on best practices in mental health and education
Re-evaluate students as necessary to ensure ongoing support and program effectiveness
