Job Description
Join our team as a Packaging Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our production line. You'll be responsible for monitoring and managing packaging, capping, and casing equipment, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
Efficiently monitor downstream packaging and related capping and casing equipment.
Perform periodic package and case integrity tests to uphold quality standards.
Set up and change over equipment and supplies as needed.
Conduct rework and sanitation duties when required.
Operate an automated system efficiently, troubleshooting problems using computer touch screen.Essential Skills
Proven attention to detail.
Ability to read and comprehend English work instructions.
Capability to work a 12-hour shift, standing for the entire duration.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in packaging, warehouse operations, general labor, assembly, packing, and labelling.

Work Environment
You will work in a fast-paced food production environment, monitoring the packaging line and products freshly packaged. Be prepared to work amidst strong odors and stand for 12 or more hours.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, Oregon.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
