What You’ll Do:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the help desk, ensuring fast, effective support and ticket resolution.
Provide high-level technical support for Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.
Collaborate closely with the IT Director to enhance team performance and IT service delivery.
Evaluate, configure, and optimize the help desk ticketing system for greater efficiency.
Manage and participate in IT support projects to improve infrastructure, security, and user experience.
Develop documentation, processes, and reporting to drive continual service improvement.
What You Bring:
Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, M365, Intune, and identity services (Entra ID).
Experience with help desk ticketing systems and a passion for improving workflows.
Solid project management skills—able to juggle priorities while staying organized and responsive.
