Responsibilities:
• Coordinate shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems and tools.
• Perform data entry tasks to update inventory and shipment details in relevant software.
• Monitor and manage cash activity related to inventory transactions.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications to generate reports and track metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in inventory counts.
• Provide outstanding customer service during shipping and receiving transactions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in inventory management.
• Support ongoing improvements to inventory processes and systems.
• Handle physical inventory tasks, including labeling and organizing stock.• Proficiency in ERP systems and solutions, including IBM AS/400.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and activity tracking.
• Excellent customer service abilities and communication skills.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
