Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Operations Analyst role in Mt. Airy, NC! This is a fully on-site, temp to hire opportunity with great potential for growth. We are looking for someone with an Associates or Bachelors Degree, who has advanced Excel skills, able to create vlookups and pivot tables! You will be working cross functionally with many internal groups, providing ad hoc reporting and researching data discrepancies. You must be very detail oriented, self motivated and good with data!
Responsibilities:
Work within multiple customer portals to pull data and compare against internal system.
Run open order reports and compare against customer portal and internal system.
Research any discrepancies regarding open orders.
Serve as point of contact for ad hoc reporting.
Work with different departments to understand the data being prepared.
Work with queries and learn to identify trends and risks.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Experience with MS Office; strong Microsoft Excel skills required
ERP experience required
Excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Deadline driven
Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
Outstanding communication skills, able to work well independently and on a team
Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
