Job Title: Machine Operator

This is a Permanent/Direct Hire, Hourly Position

Shifts available:

1st shift: $18.75/hr - Monday - Friday - 7am-3:30pm

2nd shift: $20.75.hr - Monday - Thursday - 4:30pm-3:00am

3rd shift: $ $20.75/hr - Monday - Thursday - 8:30pm-7:00am

Job Description

This position involves operating a multi-head industrial size embroidery machine, with a focus on meeting daily operator metrics monitored by the Production Manager. The role is a direct hire and offers an opportunity to work in a newly expanded, state-of-the-art facility. Employees enjoy monthly luncheons and receive complimentary gear.

Responsibilities

Operate a multi-head industrial size embroidery machine efficiently (extensive training is offered)

Ensure daily operator metrics are met as monitored by the Production Manager.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Regularly communicate with the production team to ensure smooth operations.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The facility is a new, clean, and climate-controlled building. Employees are regularly required to talk and hear, and the role involves standing for up to 10 hours per day, with excellent hand and wrist dexterity and frequent bending at the waist. Specific vision abilities are required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Occasionally, lifting of products and supplies up to 50 pounds is required.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39000.00 - $39000.00/yr.
