Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
An opportunity exists for skilled professionals specializing in school psychology within a K-12 educational setting. This position is designed for the 2025/26 school year, allowing for the delivery of essential psychological services to students ranging in age from birth to 21 years.
Qualifications:
Doctoral or Masters degree in School Psychology or related field
Valid state licensure or certification in School Psychology
Experience working in K-12 settings, particularly with diverse populations
Strong assessment and intervention skills
Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
Familiarity with IEPs and 504 plans
Location:
La Vista, NE (Itinerant position with travel between school sites)
Responsibilities:
Provide psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations to students and staff
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to support student needs
Conduct crisis interventions and provide support for students mental health
Offer training and resources to staff and parents regarding psychological services
Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
