Compensation: $60,000 base salary + commission ($90,000$150,000+ earning potential)

Paul Davis Restoration of Southwest Montana is seeking a results-driven, community-minded leader to serve as our Business Development / Emergency Response Manager. This is a hybrid role combining the relationship-building skills of a business development leader with the front-line responsiveness of an emergency response coordinator.
Youll be our boots-on-the-ground connection to commercial property owners, first responders, insurance professionals, and the communities we servehelping clients recover from property disasters while expanding our brand's local footprint.
What Youll Do:
Drive Growth:
Cultivate relationships with property/facility managers, commercial clients, and insurance professionals.
Conduct B2B sales outreach via in-person meetings, calls, and events.
Generate leads, track data in CRM (Luxor), and report on sales performance weekly/monthly.
Coordinate and attend CE classes, community events, and trade shows.
Lead Emergency Response:
Be on-call to respond to water/fire/property loss events.
Meet affected property owners onsite to secure contracts and build trust.
Collaborate with project managers, adjusters, and public safety officials.
Distribute emergency kits and guide clients through the restoration process.
Market and Represent:
Promote the Paul Davis brand with professionalism and integrity.
Deliver presentations and lead Lunch & Learns with key partners.
Participate in restoration-focused community outreach and volunteer events.What You Bring:
Required:
2+ years in B2B sales, customer service, or related field
Bachelors degree preferred (business, marketing, or communications)
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Strong public speaking, negotiation, and organization skills
Tech-savvy (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, RMS, SharePoint)
Preferred:
Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance
Knowledge of the Southwest Montana commercial property landscapeWhy Paul Davis?
