Portfolio Admin Specialist – Join Our Team!
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and looking for a dynamic role in wealth management? We're hiring a Portfolio Admin Specialist to support our team in managing client portfolios with precision and efficiency.What You’ll Do:
Execute security trades in client portfolios based on advisor directives, considering target allocations and tax implications.
Enter trade instructions into portfolio accounting software (Tamarac Rebalancer, migrating to Addepar).
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within portfolio systems.
Reconcile and document trade data to maintain compliance.
Facilitate client cash movements as directed by advisors.
Communicate with third-party custodians and external advisors.
Generate reports for management and the Chief Compliance Officer.What We’re Looking For:
2-4 years of financial services experience, preferably in wealth management.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Familiarity with Tamarac/Adepar Rebalancer, Salesforce, or Portfolio Center is a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A positive, service-oriented attitude with a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially in a financial context.
Series 65 license preferred but not required.What We Offer:
