Folder Operator DIRECT HIREJob Description

The Folder Operator is tasked with operating folder machines to produce high-quality printing jobs that meet customer and company expectations. This role requires the ability to fold in various configurations, perform regularly scheduled maintenance, and efficiently load materials with products, all while adhering to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

Operate folder machines to produce high-quality printing jobs.

Fold materials in different configurations as per job requirements.

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery.

Handle materials efficiently and safely.

Complete regularly scheduled machine maintenance.

Load materials with products for production processes.Essential Skills

Proficiency in packaging and bindery machine operations.

Experience in production and change over processes.

Ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance.

Skillful in material handling and general production tasks.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Attention to detail and precision in work.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to follow safety and quality measures.

Work Environment

The work environment consists of two shifts: the first shift typically runs from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and the second shift operates from 2:15 pm to 10:45 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Loveland, Ohio.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47840.00/yr.

Medical, Dental, Vision. 401K, PTO, paid holidays.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Loveland,OH.
