Job Description

A Robert Half Management Resources client is in immediate need of a highly skilled SAGE Intacct Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist in the creation of custom, accounting, and finance-driven reports using SAGE Intacct’s Custom Report Writer (CRW) tool. This consultant will play a pivotal role in helping our client design, implement, and optimize reporting solutions tailored to their accounting and finance requirements.

This short-term engagement is estimated to last two months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and contributions. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with SAGE Intacct implementations, a demonstrated ability to create reports using Custom Report Writer (CRW), and an in-depth understanding of accounting and finance processes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to assess reporting needs and define specifications for custom reports within SAGE Intacct.

Develop and configure accounting and finance-driven reports using SAGE Intacct Custom Report Writer (CRW).

Ensure reports are designed to align with GAAP and meet regulatory requirements, as applicable.

Optimize existing reports to improve accuracy, functionality, and usability.

Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide solutions to meet unique business needs.

Deliver training and documentation on created reports for end-user adoption.

Recommend best practices within SAGE Intacct to improve data reporting workflows.

Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven expertise in SAGE Intacct, including implementations and report creation.

Strong hands-on experience with Custom Report Writer (CRW).

In-depth knowledge of accounting and finance principles, accounting workflows, and reporting standards (GAAP knowledge preferred).

Demonstrated ability to work independently or collaboratively with finance stakeholders to deliver tailored reporting solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to meet project deadlines and adapt to shifts in priorities.
