Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description
The selected candidate will play a versatile role in the facility, engaging in multiple tasks. The aim is to cross-train all employees across various processes within the facility.
Responsibilities
Lift and handle general materials weighing up to 50lbs consistently throughout the day.
Break down raw materials efficiently.
Fill sacks and stack them on pallets for forklift operations.
Move pallets of material from one point to another within the facility.
Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and potentially some front-end loaders.Essential Skills
2+ years of Forklift Operating Experience
Proficient math skills for weighing out materials
Experience operating mobile equipment such as sit-down forklifts, overhead cranes, skid steers, and railcars.Additional Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of heavy equipment operation including bulldozers, front-end loaders, bobcats, and overhead cranes.
Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
Proven reliability and attendance.
Leadership experience is a plus.
Experience as a farm hand is beneficial.
Railroad experience is advantageous.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The facility is not climate-controlled and tends to be dusty on the shop floor, with some tasks requiring work outside the shop.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
