Job Title: CNC Machinist

This is a direct hire, hourly position

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3PM-11PM

3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11PM-7AM

*Saturday OT available but not mandated*

Pay: $27.48/hr + $0.75 shift differential

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC Mill and Grinders in our department, producing a wide variety of aerospace and industrial shaft seals and piston rings. You will work with various metals to mill, turn, and bore parts, utilizing oral and written instructions, blueprints, sketches, and process sheets. Precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers, are essential for machining primarily titanium and 410-stainless steel components.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC Mill and Grinders.

Produce aerospace and industrial shaft seals and piston rings.

Work with various metals including titanium and 410-stainless steel.

Follow oral and written instructions, blueprints, sketches, and process sheets.

Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.Essential Skills

Minimum of 3 years CNC experience.

Proficiency in CNC setup, operation, and tooling changes.

Ability to read blueprints.

Experience with precision measurement and CNC programming.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57158.40 - $57158.40/yr.

PAID HOLIDAYS -- 12 holidays per calendar year and 2 personal holidays per Union contract year

VACATION – 2 weeks’ of vacation after completing 6-months of employment; vacation resets on 1/1 of each calendar year

RETIREMENT/401(K) PLAN – Option to invest your contributions on a Pre-tax or Roth (After-tax) basis. Automatic enrollment at 3% unless you elect differently.

Automatic 3% company contribution into your account on a per pay period basis (regardless of your

participation, 1 year vesting)
