Job Overview:

Graham Technologies seeks a Software Developer to support software and web architecture development, requirements analysis, and system integration for both new and legacy systems. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing customer requirements, developing user-friendly applications, and following formal design processes while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Support software and web architecture development, including process execution and evaluation.

Conduct requirements analysis, working closely with customers and development teams to define system needs.

Analyze customer requirements to identify the most effective software and web technologies.

Design, develop, test, and maintain software and web-based applications.

Follow formal software design processes, utilizing industry-standard methodologies such as data flow diagrams and software reuse principles.

Integrate COTS/GOTS tools and other technology components into a cohesive system.

Develop user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces with intuitive navigation.

Maintain software and web development technical documentation to support future maintenance and upgrades.

Provide software process management and configuration management throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI with CI Poly

Required Education & Experience (Minimum Years)

High School Diploma/GED - 8 years of relevant experience

Associate's Degree - 6 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's Degree - 4 years of relevant experience

Master's Degree - 2 years of relevant experience

Experience with COTS/GOTS integration.

Knowledge of industry development standards (e.g., software reuse, fault tolerance, modifiability).

Strong background in UI/UX design and development of intuitive web applications.

Understanding of software process and configuration management.

Familiarity with formal software development methodologies and tools.
