Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities (up to $1,000/month)

Job Summary:
Burger King is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at our Cameron, AZ location. This role is ideal for someone with prior fast-food general management experience—specifically with Burger King—who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and motivates teams to deliver outstanding service and results. You will oversee both front and back-of-house operations, build strong community connections, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet store sales and financial objectives
Schedule and deploy labor efficiently for great customer service
Lead and inspire a positive team culture
Recruit and train team members aligned with company values
Execute community marketing initiatives
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
Monitor and address performance issues with coaching and support
Communicate priorities, wins, and updates to the team
Contribute ideas to boost productivity, retention, and operations
Qualifications:
1–2+ years of General Manager experience in fast food
Must have prior Burger King experience
Must be at least 25 years old
ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
Valid driver’s license in good standing
High school diploma or GED (college preferred)
Strong P&L understanding
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift 35 lbs safely
