About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Designer with expertise in AutoCAD and Revit to join our team in delivering high-quality commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural or structural design and will play a key role in producing and managing construction drawings, 3D models, and design documentation for new builds, renovations, and tenant improvements.Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit based on project requirements

Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and construction teams to develop accurate design plans

Interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and design requirements

Develop 3D models, floor plans, elevations, and detail drawings for commercial construction projects

Maintain project files, drawing sets, and revision histories in compliance with company standards

Conduct site measurements and verify existing conditions (when needed)

Ensure all designs meet applicable codes, standards, and client expectations

Assist with coordination between disciplines (MEP, structural, etc.)Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Designer or CAD/Revit Operator in the commercial construction industry

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required

Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, codes, and best practices

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and modeling

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferredPreferred Qualifications:

Experience working on retail, office, healthcare, or industrial construction projects

Familiarity with Navisworks, Bluebeam, or other construction software tools

Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection
