Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Lombard, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing traffic-related data with accuracy and efficiency. This position involves handling sensitive information and ensuring compliance with established procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process traffic violations by analyzing images and videos for accuracy and compliance with guidelines.

• Conduct daily supervisor confirmation tasks by verifying vehicle details and correcting owner information when necessary.

• Perform data lookups for out-of-state license plates and input accurate information into the system.

• Utilize tools such as LexisNexis to research and resolve records with incomplete license plate data.

• Maintain accurate records by organizing and updating files to ensure information is accessible and secure.

• Communicate effectively with team members to address data discrepancies and improve processes.

• Verify and enter data with speed and precision, ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Operate scanning equipment and other tools to digitize and store physical documents.

• Perform calculations and data validation to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.

• Respond to email inquiries and provide excellent customer service when addressing data-related concerns.

The salary range for this position is $16.25/hr to $16.25/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word for data handling and reporting.

• Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Knowledge of scanning equipment and document digitization processes.

• Ability to perform calculations and validate data for consistency.

• Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence and reporting.

• Familiarity with customer service practices to address inquiries effectively.

• Previous experience in a similar data entry role is highly preferred.
