Salary: 130K-150K Annual Salary

A large General Contractor seeks an experienced Construction Senior Superintendent to join our team!

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years recent construction experience as a Senior Superintendent

Must have experience with K-12 Schools or Community College

Must have strong management, communication, and computer skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Daily reporting

Subcontractor oversight, manage field documentation

Scheduling

Safety compliance

Quality Control

General project oversight
