What We're Looking For: Desktop Support Analyst I
We're seeking a Desktop Support Analyst I - detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who thrives on troubleshooting and delivering exceptional support. In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for hardware and software issues, ensuring our users stay productive and connected.

The Details:
Location: onsite in Lafayette, IN
Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm (which ever works best for you), Monday - Friday
Pay: $18h-$21/h (DOE)
What You'll Do:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Analyze and resolve user incidents and service requests.
Install, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Provide support via phone, chat, or in-person—whatever the situation calls for.
Perform system updates, including Microsoft security patches and antivirus definitions.
Incident Management & Documentation
Track and manage tickets using internal or client ticketing systems.
Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) through timely and effective resolution.
Create and update knowledge base articles and user documentation.
Write clear procedures and instructional materials to support self-service.
Collaboration & Communication
Coordinate with third-party vendors and service technicians.
Meet with users to understand and resolve recurring issues.
Communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly manner.
What You Bring:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field — or 4 years of equivalent experience.
2+ years' experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk role.
Intermediate knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative spirit.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and enterprise ticketing systems.
CompTIA A+ Certification.
