Aerial Equipment Rental & Sales Representative - Pittsburgh PA

GM Equipment Rentals is seeking an experienced Aerial Equipment Rental & Sales Representative that can demonstrate proven sales results in our equipment rental business. We are a full service aerial equipment rental, sales, & service company serving an ever-expanding market in Western PA, Southern NY, Central & Eastern OH, Northern WV, and Michigan with 4 locations. Our inventory is large, growing, and well maintained!

This position is for an experienced and proven equipment rental/sales professional.
Job Summary:
Establish and maintain solid, mutually beneficial and profitable relationships with our current and new customers to meet their equipment rental & repair needs. Understand our customer's requirements and seek to meet them in a timely and efficient manner. Continuously communicate with your customer base on a regular basis. Work closely with our Field Operations office and other sales reps to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
You provide us:
Your sales skills to grow our existing customer base.
Your ability to find, attract, expand and close on new customers.
A capability to make cold calls as well as lead generated calls.
An understanding of construction equipment. Construction industry knowledge is a plus.
An ability to write rental/service and sales contracts accurately. Generate pricing quotes for prospective customers.
An outgoing, people friendly demeanor with effective communication skills and an ability to connect with a customer. An exceptional talent to give outstanding support to all our customers.
A unique ability to understand the customers needs.
An organized, methodical and productive style of work.
An ability to tackle multiple projects, often fast paced.
Capability to generate sales information and customer summaries to present to senior managers.
An honest, professionally presenting, and self-starter work ethic.

Prospective applicants must meet the following requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in the equipment rental / sales industry.
Be reliable, willing to follow directions and have a good/honest work ethic.
High School diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license.
Desire to grow professionally and personally.
Benefits:
Extremely competitive pay / ability to earn upwards of $200k / year
