Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our team on 2nd shift, from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime. The ideal candidate will set up and operate 3-axis vertical mills, primarily using Fanuc controls, and will be familiar with CAM software to facilitate program loading and minor editing. This role involves machining parts with precision tolerances and collaborating in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate 3-axis vertical mills, primarily using Fanuc controls.
Open files and load CNC code to the machine, performing minor program edits.
Conduct machine tool setup, process prove out, and first article inspection.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and job kits with minimal assistance.
Operate multiple machine tools and perform multi-fixturing with limited support.
Conduct quality checks at assignment completion and report any concerns.
Monitor tools for breakage and perform advanced tool maintenance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.Essential Skills
High school diploma, GED, or trade school graduate.
3-5 years of progressive milling experience or equivalent education and experience.
Ability to read G-code and M-code.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Math proficiency.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams.
Experience using precision measuring instruments.
Proficient with manual milling tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience using CAM software is a plus.

Work Environment
The role involves working in a machine shop setting with moderate exposure to elements such as dirt, dust, fumes, and loud noises. The job requires physical activity, including frequent walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Safety precautions are essential to mitigate exposure to hazards.
Job Location
This is based out of Lititz, Pennsylvania.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
