The Role :

The Solutions Architect will be working closely with the Global Sales Enablement (GSE) solution team to empower the Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI) to deliver high-impact solution consulting services.

Hybrid in NYC or Chicago

What you’ll do?

Design and develop end-to-end solution architectures, including reference models and reusable components.

Lead and contribute to the creation of customer presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.

Collaborate with peer architects and cross-functional teams to co-develop hybrid solutions.

Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools, and assess their applicability to business challenges.

Drive proposal strategy meetings, define shortlisting criteria, and ensure timely and high-quality submission of deliverables.

Set and maintain architectural quality standards, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

Build and maintain a self-sustaining knowledge base of architectural assets and best practices.

Promote effective communication across departments and foster strong working relationships.

Use tools such as Visio (or equivalent) for architectural modeling and documentation.

Requirements

Proven experience working in one or more of the following domains: Insurance, MRL, Supply Chain, Healthcare.

Demonstrated career growth with increasing levels of responsibility.

Experience serving as an architect across multiple technologies, with the ability to quickly understand and apply horizontal technologies as needed.

Successfully architected SaaS-based solutions; hands-on experience during implementation is highly desirable.

Experience integrating AI technologies to solve real-world customer problems.

Highly self-motivated, capable of driving solutions to completion and clearing blockers independently.

Strong focus on quality and detail, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Excellent team collaboration and leadership skills; experience in team building is a plus.

Strong personal values aligned with organizational mission and goals.

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
