Tricoci University is on the lookout for a passionate Admissions Advisor to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be the crucial first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process and showcasing the unparalleled opportunities available within our beauty programs.

Key Responsibilities
Engage prospective students through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Build lasting relationships with potential students by conducting informative interviews.
Present comprehensive information about TUBC’s educational offerings and admissions policies.
Assist applicants in navigating enrollment requirements and completing necessary documentation.
Monitor and manage the admissions process to ensure a seamless experience for new students.
Collaborate with Financial Aid services to facilitate student funding opportunities.
Participate in and organize recruitment events to promote TUBC and attract new students.
Network with high school counselors and community organizations to widen student outreach.
Requirements
Demonstrated success in a customer-oriented role, ideally in recruitment or sales.
Experience in the beauty industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Comfortable utilizing technology and various communication platforms.
Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to student success.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
