Description of the role:
The Experienced Appointment Coordinator at Mark Toyota of Plover will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the appointment process.
Responsibilities:
Answering inbound phone calls and scheduling appointments for our guests
Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer information
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service
Offering best in class customer service to every customer by phone, email and text
Learning basic operation codes for common services
Determining the proper service needed and consulting the customer for that service
Advise on required maintenance recommendations
Learning the scheduling system for the Service Department and understanding scheduling needs
After Service Follow Up call to ensure that their service experience went as expected
Declined Service follow up calls to generate sales, to ensure returned service work
Other tasks as assigned by the Service Manager
Requirements:
Prior experience in appointment scheduling
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills a must
Ability to effectively communicate in person, by email and phone
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Must possess basic computer skills in order to use a variety of electronic systems to access customer-related data, satisfy training requirements and use job-specific applications and customer retention management tools
Professional appearance
High level of energy and desire to learn and grow in a team orientated atmosphere
Willing to train the right candidate!
Hours:
Hours may vary, but majority of hours will be from 10am-6pm to ensure full coverage until end of business day.
