Description of the role:

Parrish Consulting Services, Inc is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an IT Help Desk. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to internal users in an efficient and timely manner.Responsibilities:

Respond to IT support requests in person, over the phone, or via email

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment

Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex issuesRequirements:

Prior experience in IT support or a related field

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:
