Job Description

Altus Consulting is seeking a skilled Software Developer to join a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Understand requirements, design and develop software components to include interfacing across other functional teams and areas.

Research software concepts, develop, document, and demo proof of concept.

Work with the team members to understand the current product features.

Develop automated unit/integration and regression tests.

Participate in code and design reviews.

Understand how to merge and deploy code.

Effectively communicate among developers, as well as with end-users on a limited basis.

Possess excellent problem-solving skills and be detail-oriented and performance-driven.

Commitment to continuous process improvement concerning software integration efforts and CI/CD Pipeline.

Required Qualifications:

TS/SCI with poly

10+ years of relevant development experience, education can be used in lieu of years of experience

Experience developing in Python.

Experience with ETL.

Experience in SQL.

Results-driven with good critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and as a team member.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or equivalent.

Experience with Agile development, daily SCRUM, JIRA.
