The position will be part of a team that serves North America plants to ensure core data is accurate and consistent for shipping, billing, and production postings. The employee will field requests with the expectation of turnaround within 1 to 2 days.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and administer three email boxes from which requests will be fielded and tended.
Process resin pricing changes in accordance to published indexes.
Process and administer customer pricing, contracts, and master data within SAP ensuring system accuracy, integrity and standardization.
Work closely with sales service representatives and contract administrators to ensure system pricing is processed and maintained in a standardized, logical fashion.
Work closely with plant personnel and plant accountants to create and update bill of materials, production versions, and work centers within SAP. Core data is utilized throughout the company to measure actual production results against expected standards.
Field and fulfill other ad-hoc requests for master data reports and support requests for internal and external audits.
Assist in resolving issues with respect to master data and ensure master data aligns with overall corporate objectives.
Ensure compliance with stage gate process for new master data or changes to master data to ensure compliance with policy and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Must have 2+ years of related experience.
Must have a high level of problem solving/analytical skills.
Must be detailed oriented and have a process mind set.
Customer service oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have experience using excel.
Must have ability to set priorities with little supervision.
SAP experience desired.
Manufacturing background is a strong plus.
BA/BS preferred
The standard compensation for this role is $60,300 - $90,500. Salary offers will be determined based on final candidate qualifications, experience, skillset, and other relevant factors.
Compensation Statement
The expected salary range for the position described in this posting is made in accordance with the legal mandates of certain jurisdictions within the United States. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience.
